Fullstack Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to refine our front-end and back-end systems. In this role, you will work closely with the core team to implement high-quality, scalable solutions that deliver immersive AR/VR experiences.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications that are both scalable and responsive, aligning with MeshMap's technological vision.
Assist in setting the technical direction for both front-end and back-end systems, ensuring they meet our strategic objectives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features, playing a key role in the architecture of APIs and system design to ensure seamless integration across platforms.
Ensure high standards of code quality, organization, and automation, maintaining the integrity and responsiveness of applications.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript.
Experience building RESTful APIs and scalable web applications.
Extensive experience (5+ years) in software development, with deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, NodeJS, React, NextJS, or similar frameworks.
Deep understanding of CI/CD processes, observability, and monitoring.
Proven track record in architecting systems that span many layers of technology.
Strong decision-making skills, especially regarding technical trade-offs, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, and product managers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with blockchain technologies, specifically with Solana and smart contract development using the Anchor framework.
Knowledge of programming in Rust, particularly in the context of developing secure, efficient, and innovative blockchain solutions.
Familiarity with deploying and managing smart contracts, and understanding their integration within broader applications.
